  1. I have been trying to publish my deck and it gets half way before it says there is an error, try again later. Any ideas?

  2. I think I have Haiku Deck 2, but there seems to be no way of knowing. Am I missing something here?? This is one great piece of software. .

    • Hi Roger! Here’s a quick way to tell: from the Main screen, if the GALLERY button is visible, you have Haiku Deck 2.0! If you have any trouble publishing an existing deck, you’ll need to re-update to grab the hot fix (technically 2.0.1).

Hello, just discovering your app and it looks great but without iPad can’t enjoy it. Is there any chance to see it on PC or android one day?

  4. I have an iPad 1 (the original release) and I tried your previous Haiku release, became addicted and love it. So I got the updated version of Haiku 2.0. But with the new version loaded, it crashes each time I try to use it. Especially when browsing images. And yes, I have all other apps closed on my iPad and yes, I have space on my iPad (available 14 GB)… So the only thing which has changed from the past is the current release. I know some new iPad app upgrades are not backward compatible with the original iPad (like Shazam) which runs on 5.5.1 (9B206). Is Haiku 2.0 compatible? Or is not, is this my great excuse to buy a new iPad Mini?

    • Sorry you’re having trouble on your iPad1. Although we’ve tried to optimize as much as possible, Haiku Deck and iPad1 don’t get along well. Here are a few other tricks to try: 1. Pull down the Theme menu and turn the image filters toggle “off.” 2. Return to the main menu every 2-3 slides to refresh in-app memory. 3. Avoid using the pinch-to-zoom image resizing. 4. Avoid using your own images, since the files can be quite large. 5. Treat yourself to the iPad Mini—Haiku Decks looks and works beautifully on one! Thanks for your patience.
